Our Legal Fee Includes:
• Subsearch of title
• Preparation and registration of new mortgage
• Payout of prior mortgage
• Three additional unsecured payouts
* Plus applicable taxes. In certain circumstances, our refinance fee may be higher where the chosen lender requires additional work to complete the transaction. Please call or email us if you have questions about whether your chosen lender will attract additional fees.

Selling Real Estate
Our Legal Fee Includes:
• Review of the Agreement of Purchase & Sale
• Discharge of one mortgage/line of credit
• Communication with realtor’s office re: commission payments
• Preparation of all legal sale closing documentation
• All standard office disbursements such as couriers, paper, faxes, long distant charges, and alike

Buying Real Estate
Our Legal Fee Includes:
• Review of the Agreement of Purchase & Sale
• Review of the Title search
• Review of Status Certificate, if applicable
• Review of lender mortgage instructions
• Communication with the Title Insurance Company on your behalf
• Preparation of all legal purchase closing documentation
• Preparation of all legal mortgage documentation
*Does not include Land Transfer Tax (LTT) or Municipal Land Transfer Tax (City of Toronto only) or Government Registration Fees or Title Insurance and H.S.T.
